This Privacy Policy explains how SidiPortal LLC (“we,” “us,” or “Company”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information through the SIDI Portal client transaction portal, including all pages, workspaces, timelines, documents, and related services (collectively, the “Portal”). The Portal is owned and operated by SidiPortal LLC, a software and technology provider. The Portal is used by licensed real estate agents, teams, brokerages, and transaction coordinators (“Subscribers”) to manage and coordinate transactions with the clients they invite (“Clients”). SidiPortal LLC is not a real estate broker, brokerage, escrow/title provider, lender, or legal advisor, and is not a party to any real estate transaction. The Portal does NOT use browser tracking cookies, third-party analytics cookies, clear GIFs, web beacons, or behavioral advertising pixels. We do not track your browsing activity across third-party websites or participate in cross-context behavioral advertising. To keep you securely signed in, authenticate API requests, and protect your account, the Portal utilizes secure, ephemeral session tokens, cryptographic authentication headers, and local application storage. These technical mechanisms are strictly functional, non-advertising, and essential for identity verification and access control within authorized transaction workspaces.

4. SMS Consent, A2P Messaging, and Opt-In

  • Portal sign-up: when a client creates their SIDI Portal account, they enter their mobile number and must check a box agreeing to receive transaction update text messages from their designated agent or team at the number provided. If the phone field is left blank, no SMS consent is collected and no text messages are sent.
  • Direct written request: a client provides their mobile number to their agent or team in writing (email or signed representation agreement) and asks to receive transaction updates by text.

Messages are transactional only and relate to the client's own real estate transaction (timeline changes, deadlines, document requests). We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

STRICT PROHIBITION ON SHARING MOBILE DATA: Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in consent records, and phone subscriber data will NEVER be sold, rented, leased, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

NON-CONDITION OF PURCHASE: Providing a mobile number and consenting to receive informational text notifications is completely voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any real estate, goods, or professional services.

Message frequency varies by transaction activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Clients may also turn off SMS notifications at any time in the Portal's notification preferences, or by contacting their designated agent or team directly.
